Terms of Service
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Verne robotaxi service, including the Verne mobile application, website, waiting list registration, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

(“P3M”, “we”, “Verne”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, registering on the waiting list, or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”) enter into a legally binding agreement with P3M and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
The Service is available only to users who are at least 18 years of age, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App and subject to additional terms and parental consent mechanisms.
Definitions
Service – Verne robotaxi transportation service, including mobile app and related digital services.
User Account – a registered account created by the User via the Verne App.
Ride – an autonomous transportation service ordered via the App.
Vehicle – an autonomous vehicle operated or managed by P3M.
App – the Verne mobile application.
Content – all software, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and data provided by P3M.
Scope of the Service
The Service enables Users to:
register and create a User Account,
order autonomous rides,
be transported between selected pick-up and drop-off locations,
make payments for completed rides,
receive service-related communications.
The Service may be provided in test, pilot, or commercial phases, which may affect availability, service areas, or features.
The Service is provided in compliance with applicable autonomous vehicle and transportation regulations. Service availability may be limited or suspended due to regulatory requirements.
User Eligibility & Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
be legally capable of entering into a binding contract,
provide accurate and complete registration information,
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your User Account.
P3M reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with Section 11.
Waiting List
Registration on the waiting list:
does not guarantee access to the Service,
does not constitute a contract for transportation,
serves solely to express interest and receive updates.
Processing of personal data for the waiting list is governed by the Data Protection Notice.
Ordering & Using Rides
6.1 Ride Requests
Rides are requested via the App by specifying pick-up and drop-off locations.
P3M does not guarantee:
availability of vehicles,
acceptance of every ride request,
uninterrupted operation of the Service.
6.2 Rules of Conduct
Users must:
follow all safety instructions displayed in the Vehicle or App,
refrain from damaging vehicles or equipment,
not interfere with vehicle systems and / or safety operators’ work.
6.3 Damage and Misuse
Users are liable for any damage to the Vehicle or its equipment caused by intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of these Terms.
P3M reserves the right to charge repair, cleaning, or downtime costs, and to suspend or terminate the User Account accordingly.
6.4Safety and Passenger Rules
Use of the Service is subject to compliance with the Verne Safety and Passenger Rules, as made available via the App and/or the Website (the “Safety Rules”).
The Safety Rules form an integral part of these Terms by reference.
Use of the Service is conditional upon the User’s acknowledgement and acceptance of the Safety & Passenger Rules. Users are required to comply with all safety instructions, warnings, and rules provided:
in the App,
inside the Vehicle,
by safety operators, remote support or operational systems.
P3M reserves the right to update the Safety Rules from time to time to reflect operational, safety, or regulatory requirements.
Failure to comply with the Safety Rules may result in:
immediate suspension or termination of the Ride,
suspension or termination of the User Account,
liability for damages caused.
In case of an emergency or incident, Users must follow instructions provided via the App, in-vehicle systems, or remote support.

Payments & Pricing
7.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in the App prior to confirming a Ride and may vary based on distance, time, or demand.
7.2 Payments
Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment providers.
P3M does not store full payment card details.
Invoices and fiscal obligations are issued in accordance with Croatian law.
Prices are displayed in EUR.
Invoices are issued and fiscally compliant in accordance with Croatian law.
Refund eligibility and procedures are defined in the App.
Cancellations & Refunds
Users may cancel a Ride under conditions specified in the App.
P3M may charge cancellation or no-show fees where applicable.
Refund policies are defined in the App and may vary by service phase.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, App, Vehicles, and Content belong to P3M or its licensors.
Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Data Protection
Personal data processing is governed exclusively by the Data Protection Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent under GDPR.
Suspension & Termination
P3M may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
these Terms are violated,
misuse or unlawful activity is suspected,
required by law or authorities.
Users may terminate their account at any time via the App.
Effects of termination:
access to the Service ceases,
outstanding payments remain due.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
P3M is not liable for indirect or consequential damages,
P3M does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation,
liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. In case of an incident or safety event, P3M may temporarily restrict access to the Service and process relevant data in accordance with the Data Protection Notice.
Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
P3M shall not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the User’s failure to comply with the Safety Rules, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For avoidance of doubt, P3M shall not be liable for any breaches of the personal data of User by PCI providers nor any other violation of rights of Users committed by PCI (payment card industry) providers.
Force Majeure
P3M is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
Amendments to Terms
P3M may amend these Terms from time to time.
Users will be informed via the App or email.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
The competent court in Zagreb shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
